Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint Employees in the
bargaining unit as Union Stewards.
Union shall determine the number of Union Stewards, having regard to the
plan of organization and the distribution of employees at the workplace.
When difficulties arise, the Union and the Employing Department shall
consult in order to resolve the difference.
Employer recognizes the Union Steward as an official representative of the
new Employee shall be advised of the name and location of his Union Steward.
