||The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint Employees in the bargaining unit as Union Stewards.
||The Union shall determine the number of Union Stewards, having regard to the plan of organization and the distribution of employees at the workplace. When difficulties arise, the Union and the Employing Department shall consult in order to resolve the difference.
||The Employer recognizes the Union Steward as an official representative of the Union.
||A new Employee shall be advised of the name and location of his Union Steward. The Union Steward will provide the Employee with a copy of or link to the Collective Agreement.
