The EFAP is a confidential and voluntary support service available at no cost to all Government of Alberta employees and their immediate family members. The program helps individuals find solutions to all kinds of challenges at any age and stage of life. The services are delivered by Shepell.fgi, a leading provider of employee assistance programs across Canada.

Regardless of location in Alberta or Canada, you and eligible family members can receive support over the telephone, in person, online and through a variety of self-guided resources.   In addition, the EFAP offers:
