Employment Standards Regulation

Public Service Employment Regulation
(Ministerial Order No. 3/1998, including amendments up to July 15, 2011)
This Regulation governs the terms, conditions of employment and entitlements for employees of the Alberta public service not included in the bargaining unit. Refer to the Collective Agreement for the terms of employment applicable to bargaining unit employees.

Public Service Long Term Disability Income Continuance Plan Regulation
This Regulation governs the continuation of partial income for employees who are unable to work for an extended period due to illness or injury.

Public Service Subsistence, Travel & Moving Expenses Regulation
This Regulation describes the authorities, rates and allowances approved for employees of the Alberta Public Service travelling on government business. The Regulation also sets out the rates and allowance applicable when an employee is relocating.
