The Executive & Senior Manager Mobility Program positions the Alberta public service to meet current and future leadership needs by building individual and organizational capacity through a coordinated, corporate approach to executive and senior manager movement between departments. The program further provides tangible strategies for departments to meet their knowledge transfer needs as well as supporting succession plans.
