What Is It?
Supervisor Assessment Services is designed specifically for individuals whose
role is mainly focused on supervising and guiding the staff in their
organization towards achieving unit, program or organizational goals, through
coaching, influencing and directing. This program provides you with
feedback on your levels of competencies using the Alberta Public Service
Competency Model
Supervisors Profile.
The assessment asks you, your supervisor, your peers, and others you interact
with to provide feedback, which forms the basis of results you will review with
the help of a professional consultant.
| NOTE: It is important that you have been supervising your team for at least eight months. The feedback relies on your responders knowing you and having seen you in your role for a sufficient period of time so that they can respond to questions regarding frequency of behaviours. |
