Health Coaching Health Coaching services are available under the Government of Alberta's Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) effective April 1, 2011. Health Coaches are Registered Nurses or Occupational Health Nurses that provide you with information about a variety of physical health conditions and risks, and offer support to create a targeted risk reduction action plan.
